Best places to kiss...
in the Finger Lakes

A great kiss can take place almost anywhere but there are those memorable, irresistible places that inspire us.

If you can't stroll the banks of the Seine or stand under Big Ben at the stroke of midnight, picture yourself on a swing at sunset looking down 16 miles of the crystal clear, sun-kissed water of Canandaigua Lake and the hills that drop gently to its shore. If you aren't inspired to kiss here, my friend, it ain’t gonna happen!

Or if you can’t quite put yourself on the veranda of a Tuscan Villa looking over the countryside next month, then let me suggest you seat yourself on one of the many patios offered by 100+ wineries in the Finger Lakes where you can sip world class, award winning wines while looking across acres of bountiful green vineyards that run to the shores of these glacier-carved lakes and, as the evening breeze snuggles your love a little bit closer, that memorable kiss will be only a breath away.

Can’t quite afford a little trip to walk hand and hand through the Picos de Europa. Then allow me to lead you to the tip of the Finger Lakes Trail and the valley beyond or into the mist beneath the falls in Watkins Glen or to the overlook of Taughannock Falls and your lips will be storing memories that will last a lifetime.

Finally, if you can’t find a seat at an outdoor cafe along the Grand Canal, I can assure you a seat on our deck overlooking the gardens of the Bed and Breakfast at Oliver Phelps where we'll serve you a gourmet breakfast that will surely invite you to lean across the table and kiss the one you love “Good Morning.”
